| Most of our web site is available to the general public anonymously. However some functions require registration. We require registration to help reduce spam and prevent malicious use of our resources, and to provide our users with a convenient way to update information. |
Who Should Register |
| Anyone can register, but only our members and those who want to submit information to us
need to register. This process simply helps us protect your
privacy ensuring that only you view and update the information along with our
staff. Web site users who simply
want to view the public information published on our site are NOT required to
register. Quantico Rod & Gun Club Members MUST register in order
to take advantage of some functions that are reserved for our membership and to
view Members Only information. Our registration process works like this. You provide us your name and email address. Our web site then creates an account for you and sends a password to the email address you provided. You may then use your email address as a username and the password provided to perform your initial login. You will immediately be prompted to change your password to any password you can easily remember. Once logged in you can update your profile and provide more information if you like. Each time you revisit our web site, you can use your email address and password to login. If you are not registered and logged in to our web site, each time you try to access a function that requires registration, you will be redirected to the login page. |
