Committees

The Quantico Rod and Gun Club has 12 standing committees as designated in the bylaws.  The club may from time to time set up other committees and sub-committees as deemed necessary by the executive board.  This table lists the 12 standing committees and provides a short description of each.  Formal descriptions and charges for each committee can be found in the Constitution.  Click on any Committee Name below to view the web page of that committee.

Membership

Administers the membership process, issues documentation, and maintains club roster.

House and Grounds

Maintains and cares for the physical facilities of the club.

Finance and Audit

Devises two year financial plan, develops annual budget, and performs bi-annual audit.

Publicity and Information

Publishes newsletter and publicizes club activities and information.

Programs and Entertainment

Coordinates programs for the monthly meetings and entertainment for special events.

Wildlife Conservation

Reports on and coordinates conservation activities through the MCB NREA Branch CVP Program.

Hunting and Fishing

Reports on and coordinates hunting and fishing opportunities of interest to the membership.

Youth

Develops and conducts a program of activities for Junior members.

Archery

Reports on and organizes archery and bowhunting opportunities for the membership.

Ways and Means

Plans and manages income producing activities for the club.
